Refunds

Day One Postpartum Guide is designed to support you in your recovery during the early postpartum weeks. If you decide that the course is not a right fit for you (for any reason), we will be happy to issue you a refund within 30 days of purchase. 

To get a refund simply email us at customerservice@healingmommie.com within 30 days and let us know you would like to get a refund. Your refund will be processed shortly afterwards. Due to the large amount of notifications, refunds submitted via our social media platforms will not be considered or processed. 

After 30 days, all purchases are completely non-refundable (even if you did not access or complete your course).

Chargebacks

You agree to make every attempt to request a refund prior to attempting a chargeback or to dispute the charges with your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit any and all of our materials afforded to you in exchange for your original purchase of our Resource(s). We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms to the financial institution investigating the dispute.

Sharing Resources

Our resources are intended for private use only. Sharing any of the Day One Postpartum Guide resources, including but not limited to downloadable booklets or password and login information is strictly prohibited. Anyone found to be sharing any Healing Mommy resources will have their access rights to any resources revoked as well as their 30-day-money-back-guarantee forfeited. Selling or distributing downloadable materials or login information is prohibited.
